The Terms of Service and Privacy Policy on isolatedd.xyz are the authoritative sources for account rules and data handling. They are linked in the website footer and can change as the service evolves.

Keep your account safe

Use the official Contact Center for account or payment requests. Staff may ask to verify ownership before changing account details, but should never need your password or one-time email code.

Check account access

Account Settings → Security Settings → Session Management lists active sign-ins. End sessions you do not recognize and change your password if you suspect unwanted access.
